RHC Lifting Limited, now part of WH Scott Group, is a market leader in the lifting equipment industry dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking highly skills and motivated multi-skilled / maintenance engineers to carry out high quality servicing and maintenance for our customers in Greater London area.

The Role:

Based at our London branch, the successful candidate will be involved in attending breakdowns, servicing, testing and commissioning overhead gantry cranes and associated lifting equipment. They will also work on the installation of lifting equipment.

To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Experience of carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
  • Electrical engineering experience with a good understanding of three-phase control systems.
  • Mechanical engineering experience of medium to large motors, electro-mechanical brakes and reduction gearboxes.
  • Experience of PLCs and inverter control systems is desirable but not essential.

For the right person we offer competitive rates of pay, a company van, 22 days holiday, company uniform and PPE. Standard hours for the role are 40 per week There is the opportunity for overtime and the successful candidate will be required to participate in the on-call rota for reactive breakdowns.

Salary is dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications.
