- Plan, manage and execute prospect POVs (Proof Of Value). Hands-On troubleshooting and installation of product is required.
- Lead technical response to RFPs and RFIs by writing clear responses to commonly asked questions and gathering answers from other internal technical experts.
- Participate as a technical resource at any/all prospect meetings, seminars and events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end technical engagements - from discovery and requirements gathering through hands-on implementation, POCs/POVs, and post-sale support.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network and security architecture (e.g., firewalls, EDR, XDR, SIEM/SOC workflows, vulnerability management).
- Experience delivering technical product demos and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with product deployment and troubleshooting in customer environments.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Nice To Have
