Structured Salary & Guaranteed Income (First 18 Months)

We know career changes are a big decision. That's why we give you a clear, guaranteed earnings structure while you train and ramp up:

• Weeks 1–16 (Training): £26,000 basic salary
• Months 4–10: £30,000 (basic + guaranteed commission)
• Months 11–12: £32,500 (basic + guaranteed commission)
• Months 13–18: £35,000 (basic + guaranteed commission)
• From Month 19 onwards: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £75K+)

You'll have:

• A transparent progression plan – you'll always know what you're working towards.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need any financial services experience – we'll teach you that.

We're looking for people who:

• Have a proven track record in people-facing or target-driven roles (sales, retail, recruitment, hospitality, insurance, call centres, professional services, etc.).
• Are driven, resilient and ambitious – you want a serious career, not just another job.
• Are confident communicators who can listen, explain clearly, and build trust quickly.
• Can thrive in a structured, high-performing, team-focused environment.
• Are based in or around Norfolk and happy to be office-based in Norwich full-time for the first three years.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of your training with the Haysto Adviser Academy, you'll be a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser.

You'll be:

• Advising customers on one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
• Submitting 15+ mortgage cases a month.
