Job Description

Join our supportive team at Home Instead Lincoln and help older adults live independently in the comfort of their own homes.

Pay & Benefits:

  • £12.75 – £13.75 per hour
  • £24.50 per hour on Bank Holidays
  • Paid travel time & waiting time between visits
  • 35p per mile mileage allowance
  • 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
  • Pension scheme

  • Fully paid induction training and ongoing support.

Work Your Way – Flexible Shifts:

  • From just 2 days per week.
Qualifications

What You'll Need:

  • A caring, friendly, and reliable nature
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car
  • The right to work in the UK (we're not able to provide sponsorship)
