Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAD/BIM Technician located in Eynsford. The CAD/BIM Technician will be responsible for creating and managing digital models to support design and construction processes. Day-to-day tasks will include producing construction drawings, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), coordinating with project teams, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications. Collaboration with engineering disciplines such as MEP, structural, and building services is also integral.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and technologies.
• Experience with creating and interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in relevant CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Relevant education or certification in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, or Construction).
