Leeds, UK (but covering US & EMEA market)

~30 people (with several due to start in the New Year), founded just over 2 years ago, already on track to hit £4M ARR in 2025

What we're looking for:

Experienced Recruitment Consultant(s)
who want more than just a "desk". Someone who wants a platform to build
deep, strategic relationships with C-Suites, Founders, VC partners and PE firms
across the hottest tech markets globally.

What You'll Do

  • Own a niche within Cyber, SaaS, or AI recruitment (training provided)
  • Build and scale relationships with Founders, C-suite leaders and high-growth investors
  • Run a 360 desk with autonomy, pace and precision
  • Become a true market expert in a space that isn't slowing down anytime soon
  • Play a visible role in helping shape a business that is scaling aggressively
