The Person

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated, customer focused professional to work with both our customers and in our busy sales office to help galvanize relationships, deliver a great customer experience and ultimately, help grow the business.

As an office based Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for building great, long term relationships with customers when dealing with their enquiries and orders via the telephone and email. Your success is pivotal to our business as we need to ensure that Seldram continue to provide customers with a great service experience and that we remain the supplier of choice.

You will be:

  • Corresponding regularly with customers via email & the telephone guaranteeing great support and understanding.
  • Building great relationships with customers and adding value to their experience.
  • Understanding customer requirements and ensuring that the company are meeting their needs.
  • Working with your colleagues to communicate the customers needs and following up on customers experiences.
  • Finding resolution with any customer queries/issues.
  • Accurately processing customers orders received and updating CRM records.
  • Ensuring customers are aware of our latest offers, innovation ans full range of services.
  • Arranging meetings for an Account Manager to visit a customer and follow up on an enquiry or issue.
  • Making outbound service calls to prompt/take customers order & provide status updates on outstanding orders.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A welcoming, confident & professional voice on the telephone and able to interpret customers needs, offer solutions and upsell where appropriate.
  • Able to correspond with customers via email & on the telephone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Is computer literate and have a great working knowledge of MS Office products
  • A great communicator and can apply their influence to create loyalty and trust.
  • A team player who is eager to please, keen to learn, grow & succeed.
  • Able to deal with a varied work load and at a fast pace.

Full training will be provided on our systems, product & service offering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,372.00 per year
