Associate
to join the
Strategic Advisory (Restructuring & Special Situations)
team in London. You will work alongside industry-leading professionals advising clients on complex capital structure solutions, distressed M&A, liability management, and transformational transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the origination and execution of complex restructuring, recapitalisation, and strategic advisory mandates
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, capital structure analyses, and valuation materials
  • Conduct detailed company, sector, and market research to underpin recommendations
  • Prepare client presentations, investor materials, and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders
  • Engage directly with clients, lenders, investors, and advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Assist senior professionals with business development initiatives and client relationship management

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking (restructuring, M&A, or leveraged finance), private equity, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills, with a proven track record in complex financial analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to evaluate strategic and capital structure alternatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with precision and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong teamwork, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity
  • Consistent record of academic excellence in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
