Head of Business Development // Biopharma Consultancy // UK – Remote
You are a veteran in business development who has experience selling B2B professional services to pharmaceutical companies and understands pharma vender procurement processes.
You are ready to be the first ever BD hire at a small, highly credible, high performance medical consultancy as they continue their impressive and rapid growth. You will define their sales strategy, design their sales process, and expand their reach beyond referrals and "word of mouth".
We are working with a medical, biopharma consultancy agency who are looking to bring in a Head of Business Development for the very first time, to work closely with the CEO to lead all things sales.
Your work will be dynamic, well rewarded (£££ - uncapped commission), and ensure their high-ticket, high-impact services reach more biotechs & pharmas that need them (and downstream, that more next generation drugs reach patients suffering from unmet need). Their proposition is unique – they provide their clients world-class consultants who have "walked the walk" in biotech & pharma before – and you will ensure the right doors are opened.
This is a growth opportunity. Over time, as the consultancy continues to grow, there is potential for this role to become a Chief Commercial Officer, managing people, systems, budgets, and processes.
