MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Dartford, DA1

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy Estate Agency Group which provides copious amounts of warm leads to its prolific Mortgage Services Division based in the Dartford area.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; have current Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and be an excellent communicator; able to build rapid and long-lasting rapport with customers.

You will have great attention to detail, the ability to spot business opportunities, demonstrate that you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.

Skills required for this Financial Services: Mortgage & Protection Advisor role will include:
