Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Multi-Utility Operations Manager based in Manchester, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Multi-Utility Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day utility operations, ensuring efficient project delivery, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include project planning, pre construction, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in multu-utility infrastructure management, project planning, and operations management.
- Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct teams across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of compliance, health and safety regulations, and risk management principles within the utility sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and process optimization methodologies. Familiarity with utility industry software systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and prior experience in the utility sector are beneficial.
