Property Administration Manager

We are recruiting a proactive and experienced Property Administration Manager to lead our property admin team.
Our Property team is responsible for the management of a portfolio of over 500 properties varying in size throughout Glasgow and the team consists of general administration, maintenance workers, technicians and painters.
The Property Admin Manager will lead a team of 3 property administrators, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and effective administration function. A key aspect of the role will be to liaise with other managers in the property team as well as key external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for leading the team to effectively plan and allocate works, including actioning all works from legal compliance reports
- Accountable for establishing and maintaining quality standards and timelines for all works either internal, landlord or factor
- Ensure all works are updated /attended and completed on time by focussing the admin team on key areas, overdue work requests, tenanted repairs, void completion reports and landlord repairs
- Update the Property Maintenance and Health & Safety Manager on void progress and proactively advise where there are potential risks to agreed timelines with data and detail of outstanding voids/works/blockers to completion of any works
- Work closely with Head of Property to build collaborative and cooperative relationships with external landlords and contractors
- Support the Head Of Property with contractor review , provide relevant analysed financial and performance KPI data
- Actively contribute to the Property Function annual business plan and with the admin team deliver the plan achieving continuous service development and improvement.

We're looking for someone that can demonstrate an understanding of 'what good looks like' regarding property and building works coupled with an understanding of health and safety. You will be a strong leader with a supportive and visible management style and you will also have excellent organisational skills and be skilled in planning work effectively.
What you can expect from us...
- Your normal working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Your main place of work is Rosemount Business Park, Charles Street, Glasgow, G21 2QA
- Annual leave entitlement of 210 hours (equivalent to 6 weeks) pro rata per year in the first year rising to 280 hours (equivalent to 8 weeks) pro rata per year in the second.
- You will be automatically enrolled into the People's Pension in the month that you will complete 3-months of employment, provided you meet the auto-enrolment criteria
