Together, we strive for excellence in sales execution and make a significant impact on our clients' success. To further strengthen the team, we are seeking a self-driven, highly collaborative Senior Account Executive to drive new business and strategic growth across the DACH/CEEC-region. You will focus on multi-industries such as transportation, logistics, mobility, retail,  and tech—industries where location intelligence and geolocation technologies are critical differentiators.  You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key clients and prospects, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, and acting as a trusted advisor at all organizational levels. We're looking for someone who masters both the art and the science of sales - thinking in possibilities, planning ahead, and acting with precision. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a winning sales strategy and annual business plans for the assigned territory and verticals.  Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across new and existing accounts, focusing on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.  Build and nurture executive-level relationships (especially C-level), aligning HERE's solutions with client strategic visions and uncovering new growth opportunities.  Qualify and understand customer needs, and articulate complex technical solutions in terms of business impact and value.  Apply value- and impact-based selling to orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder projects and drive them to successful, timely closures.  Champion cross-functional collaboration with solution architects, legal, dealdesk, technical support, sales accounting, marketing, and customer success teams.  Lead and motivate virtual teams, collaborating with industry experts, technical pre-sales, product management, commercial support, and management.  Execute the full sales cycle in alignment with recognized solution-selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler) to consistently uncover customer pain points, map value, and drive complex enterprise deals to closure.  Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce (SFDC), with a strong emphasis on quarterly reliability.  Act with a sense of urgency, demonstrating ownership and accountability throughout the sales cycle.  Represent HERE at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops. Who are you?7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, preferably in location technology, mapping platforms, traffic data services for large global enterprises.  Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following industries: transportation, logistics, mobility, retail, insurance, and tech.  Demonstrated success in acquiring new large enterprise accounts and closing large multi-year deals (> €1M+), managing complex software, data, and services transactions.  Proven ability to develop new territories from scratch and deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  Proficient in developing and presenting impactful business cases, emphasizing time to value and ROI.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, German and Polish (and other regional CEEC languages are a plus).  Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office, and AI tools to support sales productivity and customer engagement.  Independent, disciplined and effective time manager with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.  Willingness to travel across the region as needed. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience with HERE Technologies or similar location data & intelligence platforms.  Familiarity with geospatial data, APIs, SaaS models, and data monetization strategies.  Strong network of decision-makers in the assigned territory.  Ability to start joining our team in early 2026 to benefit from our global sales kick-off in February. Change is HERE.
