Are you an experienced Delivery & Programme Lead ready to oversee a high-impact digital transformation? Join a global organisation leading the upgrade of their customer-facing portal solution, modernising digital services that reach thousands daily.
This is your chance to take charge of delivery excellence, aligning teams, managing stakeholders, and driving results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee E2E delivery of digital projects: on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Define priorities, scope, and success criteria alongside senior stakeholders
• Foster Agile practices and hybrid delivery frameworks across multiple workstreams
• Anticipate and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Coach and mentor delivery teams to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
• Maintain transparency and communication through reporting and leadership updates
Required Skills:
- 20+ years' experience in Change Delivery
- Strong background in Software Delivery, ETL & Data Migration programs
- Familiar with SEF Azure DevOps environment & tooling; VDIs, AKS Cluster etc.
- Strong risk management expertise – including for complex data migrations
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experienced in financial services & pensions industry
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- History managing large-scale budgets (£15m+)
