to hire a
contract Business Analyst
to support a high-profile
T+1 settlements project
. This is a critical role focused on current state analysis, fact-finding and assessing the work required to deliver a successful T+1 implementation.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (T+1 Settlements)

  • Map, document and analyse trade flows from execution through to settlement, identifying inefficiencies, gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Gather information from multiple teams and sources to create a comprehensive understanding of current post-trade operations.
  • Proactively challenge processes and ask targeted questions to ensure high-quality, actionable insights are delivered.
  • Validate findings and stand behind conclusions and recommendations, providing clarity and confidence to stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate closely with settlement, operations and regulatory teams to ensure documentation accurately reflects processes and requirements.

Requirements for the Business Analyst (T+1 Settlements)

  • Strong BA and PM experience in settlements and post-trade operations, with a solid understanding of trade lifecycle and operational workflows.
  • Knowledge of CSRD/clearing and settlement regulations
  • Experience with T+1 or accelerated settlement initiatives is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, able to translate complex operational processes into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Proactive, confident and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive clarity and alignment.
