Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Exeter for a Senior Estates Surveyor. The Senior Estates Surveyor will oversee landlord/tenant matters, manage leases, and handle property-related valuation processes. Responsibilities also include negotiating property agreements, administering lease-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with property management standards. The role involves providing expert advice to support effective property portfolio management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Landlord/Tenant Matters, Lease Administration, and Leases
  • Proficiency in Property Management and related operational tasks
  • Knowledge and experience in Valuation practices and methodologies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as RICS membership, are highly desirable
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios while ensuring compliance and best practices
