With competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, and cutting-edge technology, we equip our sales team with the tools and support they need to succeed.What You Will DoResponsible for participating in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities and the assignment of accounts to appropriate field sales personnel.Responsible for outbound and inbound Telesales activity and is accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth for assigned accounts, verticals, customers, etc.Responsible for all Support contract and subscription-based software renewals across the EMEA region, driving and maximizing ARR/TCV.Responsible for closing key opportunities, identifying new account opportunities, and managing existing business.This position is responsible for closely working with and supporting regional field sales and channel managers.Manages and supports current key customer accounts including forecasting, shipping, and backlog management.Increases sales with existing customer base by cultivating relationships to identify new or follow-on products, applications, services, or programs.Qualifies assigned inquiries to create opportunities from tradeshows and/or channel partners.Maintains complete knowledge and awareness of Opengear's products and programs.Maintains detailed account profiles, account status and up-to-date reporting of activities in the CRM tool (SFDC).Actively pursues appropriate continuing education and development programs to maintain and enhance job related technical and functional skills.Minimal travel or work outside office required, < 20%.This position typically closes sales via telephone, web meetings, chat, email, or other electronic communication channels.Operates as an active participant within the EMEA sales team and attends regular team calls and occasional F2F meetings.This position participates in a sales incentive/commission plan.Who You Are and What You BringMinimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the IT technology sector.Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.Excellent communication and people skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).Knowledge of IT products, services, or distribution channels is essential.Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) would be an advantage.At Digi, we embrace diversity and inclusion among our teammates. Pay ranges are determined by role and job level. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location.
