Purpose of the Role
To provide administrative support to the wider team and IFAs while undertaking a structured apprenticeship program.
The Role Offers
- Hands-on experience in financial operations
- Learning how to manage the IT systems including the CRM database
- Compliance and reporting experience via multiple platforms
- Alongside formal training leading to a recognised qualification

You will learn how to work in a busy office environment, working both alone and with others. You will learn how to use our bespoke databases and IT Systems. You will learn how to manage your tasks and workload and how to be a team player in the office.
Essential Skills And Attributes
- National 5 English is required for this role
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent communication, time keeping and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest in finance and administration
Desirable Skills and Attributes
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
