Head of Finance (Customer Redress, Compliance & Remediation) - West Yorkshire - £80,000 - £100,000

This is a great opportunity for you, if you are an
experienced, successful Finance Manager based in West Yorkshire
to join a reputable Financial Services business.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of all financial modelling, reporting, and assurance activities linked to customer compensation and compliance projects. You'll be responsible for delivering solutions that are accurate, transparent and aligned with regulatory expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the financial aspects of customer redress and resolution projects, ensuring all calculations and reporting are correct and compliant.
  • Build and refine financial models to estimate and track provisions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, assurance providers, and regulators.
  • Oversee financial governance, ensuring everything is clearly documented and auditable.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, customer relations, and legal teams to deliver accurate financial outcomes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small finance team to collaboritively deliver results

About you:

  • Must have experience in financial services or remediation
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong background in financial control, audit, or project accounting.
  • Skilled at analysing large data sets and turning insights into clear, actionable reports.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
