As Head of Infrastructure Architecture and Modernisation, you'll lead the design and delivery of our group-wide infrastructure and security architecture, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and future-ready.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on building modern, agile infrastructure foundations that empower business success.

To thrive in this role, you will bring experience operating at enterprise scale, including multi-business, multi-site, and large-user-base environments, along with a proven track record of leading architecture functions and delivering large-scale modernisation initiatives. You will also have a deep technical understanding across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security.

What You'll Do

• Define and deliver the infrastructure and security technology strategy and roadmap across the ZIGUP Group.
• Lead and inspire a talented team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Drive modernisation by leveraging cloud and hybrid solutions to deliver efficient, scalable, and resilient services.
• Set architecture standards and governance to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability across all systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities and growth ambitions.
• Manage vendor relationships and service levels, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.
• Champion emerging technologies, ensuring ZIGUP remains at the forefront of infrastructure and security innovation.

About You

• You're a proven IT leader with a passion for transforming infrastructure and enabling modern digital capabilities. You combine strategic vision with the ability to execute complex change at scale.
• You have experience in senior leadership within infrastructure, cloud, or security architecture roles.
• You have a strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide modernisation or transformation programmes.
• You have expertise in cloud technologies, networking, and cyber security.
• You have a deep understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
• You have experience leading high-performing teams and managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise projects.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of simplifying complex ideas and inspiring confidence at all levels.
• You have demonstrated success working in complex environments, including multi-site or international organisations.
