Meraki Talent's market-leading client is seeking a Qualified Finance Manager to join their dynamic and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a talented finance team conducting regular 1:1s and implementing tailored development plans.
- Produce accurate and insightful monthly and quarterly management accounts to tight deadlines.
- Maintain robust financial controls, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare management reporting packs and support the Head of Finance with board-level reporting.
- Ensure strong financial policies and procedures are embedded across the organisation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ICAS / ACCA / CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing a finance team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
