An exciting and growing Consumer business are currently looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Manager who will business partner the Marketing function on a 12-month maternity cover basis.

The successful Senior Commercial Finance Manager will provide a challenge and support way of working, ensuring that the Marketing team are driving things forward in the right way and areas from a Finance perspective. You will also partner closely with the CCO, so it has brilliant exposure.

The successful Senior Commercial Finance Manager's duties:

  • Partner the Marketing Leadership team ensuring the right decisions are made, recommending on business opportunities to create value.
  • Provide insightful reporting around the data to grow initiatives the business has.
  • Be able to communicate finance effectively to non-finance stakeholders
  • Oversee the budget and forecasts with regular 'explanation' sessions with the Marketing teams
  • Line Management of a team of 2

Skills and experience of the successful Senior Commercial Finance Manager:

  • CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified with solid PQE experience
  • Ideally Consumer related industry experience, Retail/FMCG/Tech
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • 'Can do' proactive approach
  • Able to lead a team and drive change
