Job Description

We're on a mission to reignite brand heat. Social isn't something we just do - it's at the very centre of all our marketing activity. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social-first creative and natural storyteller to drive brand fame through incredible content for one of the worlds most loved fashion brands.  

As Senior Social Creative, you'll lead the concepting and creation of standout social content across all platforms and formats. You'll bring sharp attention to detail, a strong eye for engaging video, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease. Fast-paced briefs won't faze you - you're organised, proactive, and thrive on delivering high-quality work at speed. You'll work smart, move quickly, and always keep creativity front and centre.

The Details

  • Consistently explore new creative techniques in shooting and editing to drive social engagement and excitement around the ASOS brand.
  • Proactively develop fresh content ideas based on social insights, team direction and independent research, ensuring they stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
  • Consider social strategy and brand positioning to ensure ideas align with wider business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process across projects, confidently capturing content on both camera and mobile.
  • Direct shoots, designs and edits to a high standard, with strong knowledge of lighting, sound, colour grading, motion graphics and copywriting.
  • Stay up to date with platform best practices and algorithm changes, adapting strategies quickly in response to creative developments and audience behaviours.
  • Immersion in youth culture and online trends, translating them into brand-relevant content within ASOS's creative parameters.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, with a strong understanding of trends and interest in the industry.
  • Support the Creative Social Lead in ensuring all content aligns with ASOS brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

You'll be a collaborative and adaptable Social Creative with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for fashion, youth culture and digital storytelling, whether that's behind a camera or on mobile. With hands-on experience creating content for socially led brands, you'll bring a strong understanding of the social landscape and a proven ability to react to trends with speed and creativity, in line with the ASOS brand and values.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and flex easily to changing needs, building strong relationships across teams and respond to feedback with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.

You will also have…

  • Experience in art direction, editing, graphic design, motion graphics and copywriting.  
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social editing apps such as CapCut.  
  • Significant experience working with models and VIP talent on shoots.  
  • Proven understanding of all elements of the social creative process.  
  • Strong experience and a personal interest in fashion, youth culture and lifestyle trends. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standard of output.
