  • Strong communication skills with teachers, parents, and external agencies
  • Confidence managing behaviour with consistency and care
  • Adaptability to meet a variety of individual needs
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel safe

Working with Long-term Teachers:

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
