 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Recruitment Consultant at JD Ross Energy, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term success.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strategic client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Converting strong candidate relationships into valuable client partnerships.
  • Providing market expertise and insights to advise clients beyond recruitment.
  • Influencing clients confidently through every stage of the hiring process.
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and identify new business opportunities.
  • Managing challenges with confidence, proactively mitigating potential risks before they escalate.

 Who You Are:

  •  Fluent in French or German (essential), with excellent English communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of your market and a hunger to grow your desk.
  • Able to build trust, deliver results, and think beyond short-term wins.
