An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join a luxury hotel in beautiful Devon. This is a rare chance to lead an acclaimed kitchen within a property renowned for its fine dining, outstanding produce, and impeccable guest experience.

As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen operation, leading a dedicated brigade, curating seasonal menus across their double AA Rosette rated Restaurants, and driving culinary excellence that reflects the very best of the region's ingredients.

About the role:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team
  • Work closely with local suppliers to champion seasonal and sustainable produce
  • Manage budgets, GP targets, and compliance requirements
  • Innovate and refine menus that align with the hotel's luxury brand and guest expectations

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Multi Rosette or Michelin-rated kitchen
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and passion for modern British cuisine
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail
  • MUST have full & current right to live & work in the UK without restriction
  • MUST have own transport
