The Company
: My client is a fintech company specialising in infrastructure and technology solutions for alternative asset managers. They provide a unified, platform-based system designed to streamline the entire client lifecycle - from marketing and onboarding through execution and reporting.

The Role:
They are now seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to join and lead their product team, with the intention to earn the CPO title within the year.

Please apply in you have 8-10years working in a fintech, ideally series B-C and you're hungry for a challenge.

Please note my client cannot offer sponsorship for this position, you must have the right to work in the UK and be onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership:
    Completely owning the vision, strategy and implementation of your team's products and features from inception to production

  • *Technical leadership:*
    Having technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements, system design, etc.

  • *Design leadership:*
    Working closely with designers to define the user journey and create exceptional user experiences
  • *Stakeholder engagement:*
    Engaging in requirements gathering sessions, producing professional documentation and communicating with senior external and internal stakeholders
  • *Customer advocacy:*
    Being a customer champion who understands end-user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends for your product

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working with a high-growth fintech company
    in banking/finance-related business areas
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding client-facing interpersonal skills in written and oral communication
  • Proven experience with developing, launching and scaling products
  • Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders to establish clear roadmaps and deliver on them
  • Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
