Field Agent

Conexus Recovery & Field Services, a leading provider of specialist field services in the Utility and Banking Finance Sectors, is seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding team as Full-Time Field Agent, with a primary focus on Gas Meter Reading and Customer Reconnection Visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and efficient gas meter readings at residential and commercial properties.
• Visit customers with outstanding balances, discuss payment options, and reconnect them with Conexus support or our clients' call centre for repayment arrangements.
• Carry out site visits to confirm property occupancy or gather updated customer information for our clients.
• serve legal documents to customers on behalf of our clients when necessary.

Candidate Profile:

• Ideally someone located in anywhere between BT18 to BT23
• Professional and self-motivated individual.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with people face to face.
• Experience in regulated environments, such as debt management, enforcement, or arrears officer roles, is beneficial.
• Ability to use initiative, work independently, and problem-solve.
• Reliable, organized, and quick to pick up new tasks.
• Full drivers' license and access to own transport.
