As a Teaching Assistant through
Milk Education's Graduate Programme
, you'll support students in a
mainstream primary classroom
, helping them engage in learning and develop essential skills. You'll work closely with teachers and classroom staff, gaining insight into effective classroom strategies and inclusive teaching practice.

What you'll do:

  • Support students in class and small groups
  • Assist with learning activities and lesson preparation
  • Observe and record student progress
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Work alongside teachers and classroom staff

Who we're looking for:

  • Psychology graduates (2023 or later) with an interest in classroom experience
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive individuals
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
  • Current enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
