Inno Hospitality Collective are currently recruiting for an experienced bar person to head up our Pan Asian Restaurant in Ulverston Town Centre.

We're an intimate, Pan-Asian fusion restaurant known for theatrical dining, bold flavours, and an exciting cocktail experience. We're looking for a passionate Bar Person to join our small, creative team.

The restaurant is open 4 evenings per week Wednesday - Saturday and your days off will be Sunday, Monday & Tuesday each week.

Wasabi offers a fusion of Pan Asian Cuisine alongside creative mixology for a unique dining experience in Ulverston.

You should have previous experience of working in a hospitality business and cocktail/mixology experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Craft a wide range of signature cocktails
  • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging service
  • Be part of our theatrical dining atmosphere
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, elevated service

  • Has previous bar or cocktail experience
  • Enjoys fast-paced, guest-focused service
  • Brings creativity, energy, and professionalism
  • Works well in a small, supportive team
  • Loves flavour, detail, and performance
