We are looking for an organised Team Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced sales team and a delegate management environment, and have excellent communication and data management skills.
You'll work closely with our Head of Buyer Experience and provide key administration support to the team. You will also receive training on systems and internal processes.

Additionally, you'll:
- Provide administrative support to the team and support them in their day-to-day activities.
- Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists.
- Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities.
- Work closely with the CRM system in building up new contacts and maintaining the database.
- Work closely with your manager on ad hoc projects.
- Keep up with industry trends to advise on strategies and tactical development.
Due to the nature of the events industry, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to meet deadlines.
Note, internally this role will be known as 'Buyer Relations Coordinator'.
We're looking for candidates who meet the essential criteria below and bring additional strengths that elevate the team.
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role.
- Proven interest or experience in the travel and/or events industry.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Positive team player with a proactive, adaptable "can-do" attitude.
- Results-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented approach.
- Confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability and willingness to travel to international events when required.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Additional language skills.

- Basic salary of £28,000 per annum.
- 36 days of paid holiday (including bank holidays), with additional days awarded for length of service.
