  • Duties:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables & cutting meat

  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff during busy lunch and evening services
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications in accordance to kitchen manager
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organised work station and kitchen
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored and labbeled properly
  • Monitor food stock

  • Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations including due diligence paperwork

  • Experience:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role in a hospitality setting

  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
