Summary

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team at Brooklands Motor Centres in Leeds. This pivotal role involves overseeing our service department, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in vehicle servicing. The Service Manager will play a key part in supporting our mission to deliver the best automotive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service department team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
