An exciting opportunity has now arisen and we are in the position to recruit a Clinical Lead for the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (Home First) team based at Rochford Hospital. The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership for the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team. To ensure that there are effective arrangements in place to co-ordinate the team to meet service demand.
Main duties of the job
- To lead Rochford Home Treatment (Home First) Team to provide a high quality, responsive service to meet the needs of individuals who are referred to service. To ensure that the team is focused on working to the service criteria.
- To work collaboratively and in partnership with other senior clinicians within the specialist mental health services to ensure services provided are co-ordinated and focused on positive patient outcomes.
- This is an outline job description and may be subject to change according to the needs of the service, in consultation with the post holder.

As a newly appointed employee, you are responsible for incurring the cost of your initial DBS check relevant to your post; the amount will be deducted from your first salary with the Trust.
