Pacifica Local Oxford provides full City & Guilds-assured training, a dedicated mentor, and practical on-the-job experience to help you become a fully qualified White Goods Engineer.

What You Will Do

  • Learn to repair washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
  • Visit customers' homes to diagnose and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
  • Use your mechanical or electrical skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Record jobs and manage information using our engineer software
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly
  • Continuously develop your technical skills with structured training

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanical or electrical mindset - comfortable using hand tools
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Confidence to work independently in customers' homes
  • Clear communication skills and professional approach
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
