Job Overview
Join Arm's Client GPU Product Management team as a Director and define the future of graphics and AI on Arm GPUs. In this role, you'll define ambitious, visionary strategies that push technological boundaries and deliver real-world impact across mobile, AI, gaming, and immersive experiences. You'll collaborate across engineering, research, marketing, and the broader Arm ecosystem to bring innovative products to life at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and vision for flagship Arm Immortalis and Mali GPUs, pushing boundaries in mobile gaming, graphics, and AI.
- Expert knowledge of graphics and AI technology trends, Client market trends and customer needs by working closely with our partners in the Arm ecosystem
- Drive initiatives to leverage benefits of a combined hardware and software solution
- Leading all aspects of the product life cycle from definition through to release, to launch, working in collaboration with the technology, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
- Partner with engineering, research, and ecosystem teams to ensure our product strategy aligns with technical capabilities and market demands.
- Drive analysis of the competitive landscape with benchmarks and product positioning messaging
- Challenge assumptions constructively, using market insights and benchmarks to shape differentiated, winning products.
- Development and management of collaborative and positive relationships with Arm's external partners in conjunction with Sales & FAEs to secure adoption for Arm products and solutions
- Planning and execution of marketing communications activities for press and analyst briefings, product launches, conference presentations and technology demonstrations.
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 5-10+ years or more years in Product Management in the semiconductor industry
- In-depth knowledge of Graphics, AI, SoC, System and Software technologies and trends within the smartphone or laptop market
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills and able to work and communicate at a detailed or high level
- Proven track record of translating complex problems into simple, scalable, and high-impact solutions
- Experience writing business plans and commercial justifications
- Passion for building extraordinary, inclusive teams that thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid change with a bias for action.
"Nice To Have" Skills And Experience
- Understanding of desktop and mobile GPU architecture and suitability for gaming and AI use-cases
- Understanding of process technology nodes and implementation of IP products
