Lettings Property Manager - Horfield - up to £27k 

Great opportunity to join this award-winning independent Lettings Agent who have been established for over 13 years and have built up a great reputation for personal service. With over 600 managed properties, you will be one of three property managers responsible for your own property portfolio, being the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords and contractors.

They are are seeking a Lettings Property Manager with a proven track record of achievement and growth in their career to date, demonstrating excellent organisational and project management skills, with property lettings experience.

Property Manager Requirements:

  • A love of organisation
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great customer service
  • Must have full driving licence and your own transport
  • Minimum 2 years property experience

Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of 170 units/tenants
  • Conducting check ins/outs
  • Out of office inventories
  • Out of office inspections
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance works
  • Liaising with contractors and instructing repairs
  • Creating virtual tours with our 3D camera
  • Advertising & copy writing
  • Liaising with the lettings team
