Capitol Cleaning & Support Services are seeking mature, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team of dedicated cleaning operative maintaining a food warehouse space including use of a ride on scrubber dryer at a site in Hemel Hempstead

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values routine, and wants to be part of a company that puts its people first.

Role Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning of kitchen, toilet, and welfare areas
  • Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitising
  • Emptying bins and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Reporting maintenance or supply issues
  • Working independently and managing time efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • A dependable and trustworthy team player
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential (training provided)
  • Someone with a keen eye for detail and strong work ethic
  • Punctual and able to commit to early morning or scheduled shifts reliably

About You:

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in your approach
  • Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
  • Previous cleaning or supervisory experience (ideal but not required)
  • Self-motivated and happy working independently

Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7LF

Hours: Part-time – five days per week Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm

Rate: £12.21 per hour
