MAP Legal Recruitment is instructed on behalf of a highly regarded law firm seeking to recruit a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL)
to join its Construction team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Lawyer who is looking to move into a PSL or Knowledge Lawyer role — or an existing PSL seeking a more balanced and fulfilling environment.

The Role:

You'll play a central role in supporting the firm's market-leading Construction practice, focusing on knowledge management, legal updates, precedents, and internal training. Working closely with partners and fee-earners, you'll help ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry and legal developments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Construction Lawyer (contentious or non-contentious background)
  • Prior PSL/Knowledge Lawyer experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in knowledge sharing
