The Global Operations and Global Client Service Programme has been designed to help you reach your potential.  Being based in Cardiff, you will develop your skill set, gain valuable work experience and complete a fully funded professional qualification, all whilst earning a competitive salary with access to outstanding employee benefits.

What you might work on

• Overseeing global post-trade activities
• Supporting Asset Management's global fund services and reporting
• Reviewing fund performance calculations
• Creating material for client pitch and due diligence meetings
• Producing materials for management updates
• Managing operational risks and resilience
• Collaborating on projects
• Gaining industry accreditation opportunities

Over the course of the two years you will be given the chance to experience different rotations giving you a broad range of experiences across different teams.
