We have a vacancy for a CNC Miller.

Role Accountabilities:

· Operating 5 Axis CNC Milling machines

· Setting Tools

· Editing Programs

· Updating basic maintenance on machines (TPM)

· Raising PIRs, if required

· Working to 5S standard in the area

· Safe handling of components, jigs and fixtures

Person Specification:

· 5 years' experience in the Aerospace/Automotive Industry in a similar role

· Apprentice trained – preferred or demonstrated relevant experience

· Experience of Fanuc/Mazatrol/Heidenhain operating systems

· Ability to read drawings/specifications

· Ability to use inspection equipment and inspect your own work

· Working to production timelines in a manufacturing environment

· Working with SOPs and Company specific documentation

· Self-driven, results orientated, with a positive outlook

· Able to get on with others and be a team-player

· Attention to detail and accuracy at all times

· Working to deadlines

· Managing workload effectively, prioritising where necessary
