Job Summary

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to join our team, We have 3 sites in Gravesend area

Site 1 (SF) : You can work Friday after 6 pm or work sat or Sun in the day any time - your Choice) - 2 HRS only (1 Day)

Site 2 ( OF ) : Set days - Monday 2 HRS & Fridays Evening 3 HRS 15 Minutes after 6 pm

Site 3 (CW ) : 2 evenings to be agreed 1 hour per evening after 5pm

All properties you will be responsible for Locking and possible alarms to set before leaving , making sure you have left the property secure .

Additional work /holiday cover could be available for the right candidate .

Job description: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across these various commercial premises. The ideal candidate should have experience in janitorial services and a keen eye for detail, ensuring environments are safe, tidy, and welcoming. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and fixtures
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
  • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a secure working environment

Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to tasks
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision
  • Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties throughout the shift
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
  • Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.85 per hour

Expected hours: 13.85 per week
