There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Enfield Production Team as an Operator. In this fast-paced role your main responsibility will be to deliver on the production plan while upholding the highest standards in Health & Safety, product quality and Food Safety ensuring you are always maintaining a safe working environment, this includes following all operation procedures and keeping workspaces clean and orderly, using available resources effectively.

  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures ensuring that the work environment is safe at all times. Any issues to be escalated.
  • Comply with all Food Safety and quality policies and procedures, by taking responsibility for the safety, legality and quality of products manufactured. Any issues to be escalated.
  • Ensure hygiene/GMP are maintained in line BRC standards (clean as you go)
  • To run the production lines in the most efficient manner in order to hit the daily production plan. Any faults/downtimes to be communicated to a line technician/engineer.
  • Attend team briefs

We are looking for someone who is diligent, reliable, well organised, capable of managing priorities effectively, have a strong eye for detail and can commit to different shift patterns. Previous experience in manufacturing or operating machinery would be highly beneficial. ABF Pension Scheme
