Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a well-maintained space. Prior experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Shift times: 06:00 - 09:00hours Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
  • Ensure waste disposal is carried out efficiently and appropriately
  • Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or hazards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning requirements

Experience

  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English are essential for effective teamwork and customer interaction
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are important for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £13.85-£15.52 per hour
