As
Chief Financial Officer
, you'll play a central role in driving this next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead
Finance, Data, HR, and Legal
, ensuring the business scales efficiently while maintaining its innovative and entrepreneurial culture.

This is not your typical finance role — it's a strategic, hands-on position at the heart of a creative and fast-paced business where decisions are made quickly and impact is immediate.

What you'll do

  • Lead and evolve the Finance function to support rapid growth and international expansion.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on commercial strategy, fundraising, and M&A opportunities.
  • Oversee key operational areas including
    Data, HR, and Legal
    , ensuring alignment with the company's growth ambitions.
  • Drive insight-led decision making — leveraging data to inform strategy, improve performance, and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team across finance and operations.

What we're looking for

  • A
    highly commercial CFO
    (or Finance Director stepping up) with experience in a
    high-growth or digital-led business
    .
  • Proven ability to thrive in
    fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
