What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

As Product Manager – Digital, you'll own the strategy and delivery of our consumer web experience, turning it into journeys that are effortless, compliant, and high-impact.

  • Focus on B2C digital journeys, helping customers make payments, manage their accounts, and access support quickly and intuitively.
  • Partner daily with MDs, C-Suite leaders, agencies, and agile squads, guiding discovery, design, and delivery while balancing creativity, data insights, and regulatory needs.
  • Use analytics and user research to optimise conversion, reduce friction, and continuously improve online experiences.
  • Shape digital products that deliver better customer outcomes and create measurable value for the business.

The ideal candidate

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Digital Product Manager focused on consumer websites and online journeys.
  • Proven delivery working with digital agencies, designers, and engineering teams.
  • Strong skills in analytics, conversion optimisation, and user research.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, content workflows, and web best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Ability to turn business goals into clear product plans and roadmaps.

Desirable

  • Background in financial services, regulated sectors, or multi-brand environments.
  • Understanding of accessibility, SEO, and performance optimisation.
  • Experience building integrated consumer journeys (e.g., portals, account tools).
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery.
