and are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants ready to make a real impact. There's even a fast-track route to Manager if that's the path you want to pursue.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome candidates with fast-paced temp recruitment experience, whether in industrial, healthcare, education, or driving recruitment. Above all, drive and ambition are key.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving business growth:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with schools or other clients
  • Recruiting top talent:
    Source and place exceptional candidates into great roles
  • Achieving targets:
    Take full ownership of your KPIs and consistently exceed them
  • Managing your pipeline:
    Develop new client opportunities and expand your book of business
  • Leveraging technology:
    Use CRM and sales tools to maximize efficiency
  • Owning your desk:
    Build relationships, secure repeat business, and become a trusted partner
