We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to work in the role of:

Manufacturing Data Coordinator (D365)

to support our manufacturing and engineering teams by maintaining accurate production data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role acts as a key link between the Projects, Drawing Office, and Manufacturing teams, ensuring that all Bills of Materials (BOMs), route packs, and project data are created, updated, and processed accurately.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong administrative and technical skills who wants to grow into a production planning or operations coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and route packs in D365 based on input from project and drawing teams.
  • Liaise between the drawing office, projects, and manufacturing departments to ensure smooth data flow and alignment of information.
  • Ensure all manufacturing and welding teams clock in and out correctly for each project and that hours are accurately recorded in D365.
  • Support production tracking, job scheduling, and reporting through D365.
  • Assist with data validation, system updates, and document control.
  • Help identify and resolve discrepancies in project or production data.
  • Generate routine reports to support production planning, costing, and performance tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations and Project teams.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering documentation (e.g., BOMs, routings, drawings).
  • Previous experience in a production administration, project coordination, or similar role.

Growth & Development

This role offers the opportunity to progress into areas such as Production Planning, Manufacturing Coordination, or Project Support as experience and knowledge of D365 and manufacturing processes develop.
