Role Purpose
The role of Quality Assurance Tester is one requiring multi-skill, professionalism, dedication and a multi-faceted individual capable of assessing a security regime against:
Current Aviation Legislation.
Industry best practice.
The position will report directly to the CT Manager and will work in conjunction with the CT Coordinators.
This position carries with it significant responsibility and requires both diligence and attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of covert operations are accurately assessed and reported through the CT Manager to the client.
You may be required to work alone, without supervision, as well as leading a team of dedicated and consummate professionals. You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the Company's Quality Assurance program including developing and promoting continuous improvement. You are expected to produce high quality in all that you do, at all times.
Accountabilities
- Contributing to the QA planning process.
- Briefing, conducting and debriefing covert/overt tests.
- Producing high quality written reports.
- Developing the QA skills of associate testers through written and verbal assessments.
- Providing expert assistance in the training of covert operatives.
- Any other requirement or duty deemed by the directors to be both fair and reasonable which is notified to you by any managerial staff.
Our Quality Assurance programme is carried out across many UK based Cargo and Aviation sites, Critical national infrastructure and Rail.
