Our client a specialist international investment manager, focused on investment origination, asset management and fund management are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager associate graduate to build a career in investor relations and capital solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative team in London, working at the forefront of fundraising, investor engagement, and sustainability.

About the Team

You'll be joining a close-knit group of professionals responsible for leading fundraising efforts, managing relationships with investors, and shaping the organisation's approach to ESG. The team works directly with senior leadership, offering exposure to high-profile projects and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do


• Support fundraising activities by preparing RFPs, DDQs, pitchbooks, teasers, and marketing materials


• Draft investor and sustainability reports, respond to investor queries, and prepare background materials for meetings


• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights on investors and industry trends


• Ensure portfolio and investment strategy information is accurate and up to date


• Develop press releases, investor announcements, and website content


• Organise and coordinate events such as investor due diligence sessions, roadshows, and corporate events


• Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy


• Contribute to the organisation's ESG programme

Qualifications & Experience


• Strong academic background with a relevant degree


• Clear interest in finance, investor relations, and communications


• Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant post-graduation experience will be considered
